After a careful review of several top analytics and reporting tools, CO3 have chosen to partner with Yellowfin to deliver a BI (Business Intelligence) platform for our clients.
The key to good business intelligence is good data: Garbage In = Garbage Out. For more than a decade CO3 has provided our clients with a platform to accurately record; monitor and improve their business data through BPO. This provides us with the ideal platform to deliver the right information, to the right person, at the right time in a visual and user-friendly way.
Yellowfin is a Business Intelligence tool that provides us with the ability to present KPI’s via dashboards; Mobile BI; and mapping functionality. It essentially will sit on top of BPO with the aim of further enabling you to run your business more efficiently and more profitably through the presentation of key business information in a visual and practical way. Yellowfin falls with Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for BI Tools and was identified as a standout tool in the Business Applications Research Centre’s (BARC) survey – the world’s largest study of business intelligence end-users.
We will provide the following standard dashboards, but additional client specific dashboards can be developed:
- Work in progress
- Machine profitability (customer profitability, model profitability, region profitability)
- Debtors age analysis
- Stock – obsolescence and replenishment alerts.
- Back orders at critical level
- Open work orders
- Meter click trends (clicks and monetary trends)
- Machines in field
- CRM reporting (Activities, pipeline)
- Technician reporting (Most busy, least busy, most profitable)
